TEAM PAIRS & Individual COMPETITION

  • Male Pair, Female Pair and Co-Ed Pair Teams will have the option to pick their Division that sits within two separate Streams at Registration - Recreational or Competitive.

    Teams will then complete a series of virtual Seeding Workouts from Aug 10th until Aug 24th. The results of the Seeding Workouts will then be used to set the heats and division adjustments if necessary for the LIVE competition. 

    Recreational Stream
    Recreational & Intermediate Divisions

    The Recreational Stream is most suitable for athletes that perform The CrossFit Open® mostly or entirely scaled.

    Recreational Stream Teams will perform a series of Seeding Workouts from Aug 10 - 24th. The results of the Seeding Workouts will then be used to set the heats and division adjustments if necessary for the LIVE competition.

    Recreational Division Standards:
    Jumping Pullups & Hanging Knee Raises
    Box Step-Ups & Single Skips
    Hand Release Push-ups
    Ground-to-Overhead 95/65
    Thruster / Snatch 75/55

    Intermediate Division Standards:
    Single/Low Rep Kipping Pullups & Toes-to-Bar
    Box Jumps & Single Skips
    Standard Pushups
    Ground-to-Overhead 135/95
    Thruster/Snatch 95/65

    Competitive Stream
    Competitive & Elite Divisions

    Competitive Stream divisions are most suitable for athletes that perform The CrossFit Open® workouts mostly or entirely Rx. 

    Competitive Stream Teams will perform a series of Seeding Workouts from Aug 10 - 24th. The results of the Seeding Workouts will then be used to set the heats and division adjustments if necessary for the LIVE competition.
